*Delivery is free when your order comes to £250, €300 or $400 or more.

Taxes & duties

Ordering from the EU

We deliver duty paid. The prices you see already include VAT at your local rate, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.

Ordering from the USA

We deliver duty paid. Sales tax, duties and any tariffs are all worked out at checkout and included in your total, so you won't be asked for anything further on delivery.

Ordering from anywhere else

Orders to countries outside the UK, EU and USA are also sent duty paid, with taxes, duties and tariffs included in the price. That said, some countries apply extra import charges or local taxes on arrival. If that happens, they're the recipient's responsibility to pay.

Sale periods

Sales mean a lot more parcels going through the warehouse, so please allow up to 5 extra working days on top of the usual delivery times.
